The team of 12 chefs will create a special tapas menu at La Paloma this month

Following the recent attack in Barcelona, 12 chefs from Hong Kong and the Philippines’ esteemed Spanish restaurants have united, joining forces to raise funds in aid of the victims of the attack. A dozen chefs will gather at La Paloma on August 29, presenting a one-night collaboration dinner event.                                         

By participating in this charity dinner event, guests can enjoy an exclusive eight-course family-style  tapas menu with two desserts, designed and crafted by chefs including Jose Antonio Navarro Cotes (executive chef, La Paloma),  Alex Fargas (executive chef, Fofo by El Willy), David Puig (group pastry chef, Maximal Concepts), Pedro Samper (executive chef, The Langham), and Daniel Benitorafe Rivera (executive chef, Cassio) among them. The chef team of 12 will create delectable bites showcasing the best of Spanish cuisine including:

-  Montadito Caesar, crispy chicken skin ‘Caesar style’
-  Foie gras, smoked eel, and green apple
-  Catalan traditional codfish fritters
-  Catalan traditional meatballs with cuttlefish
-  Crema Catalana

The special charity dinner begins at 6 pm on August 29 at La Paloma. The one-night-only dinner menu is priced at HK$400 per person, with an additional free-flowing beverage package including unlimited wine, beer, Spanish Cava and soda at an optional HK$200 per person. 100% of profits from the dinner will go towards helping those affected by the attack.
