The annual event that epitomises luxury and glamour was enriched with libations from drinks sponsor The Macallan

With a colour drawing parallels to fine chocolate and orange, and potent aromas of dried fruits, spices and hints of vanilla, the wonderfully crafted The Macallan single malt whisky was served alongside dinner and drinks at the Hong Kong Tatler Ball this year.

Paired with the main course, The Macallan’s sherry oak 18-year-old whisky was thoroughly enjoyed by many of the celebrities and socialites in attendance at the ball. The signature cocktail of the night was the Tatler Teaser, a concoction of The Macallan 12-year-old fine oak, Harvey’s Bristol cream, fresh lemon juice, bol’s honey, lemon peel, and orange peel shaken not stirred and served in a martini glass.

Eric Fok, recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year award, received along with his accolade an exclusive trip to the Macallan Distillery in Scotland, generously sponsored by The Macallan.
