London at 3am is an amazing time to eat, according to chef Dan Doherty, whose restaurant Duck & Waffle remains the city’s favourite hangout hotspot. With a balanced menu with duck as the signature main course, chef Doherty brings more than the versatile poultry to the table, as the restaurant serves a diverse selection of dishes from meat-filled doughnuts to fish and vegetables. Earlier this month, the team from Duck & Waffle, led by chef Doherty himself, returned to Hong Kong for the first time since their appearance at Taste of Hong Kong for a special pop-up.
