Huaiyang Summer Feast At 10 Shanghai

Celebrating the arrival of summer, 10 Shanghai is presenting a fresh feast with the season’s most premium harvests, with new creations such abalone, goose liver, prawns and edamame marinated with Huadiao wine, and fish rolls with Jinhua ham in chicken consommé where guests choose between leopard coral trout or mandarin fish. Guests can also indulge in seafood courses including steamed queen clam with pickled cabbage and shredded bamboo shoots, steamed cod with fried soybeans, and river prawns in shrimp bisque. The Huaiyang summer feast is available from now until August 31.
