Tsim Sha Tsui’s classic European restaurant presents an array of holiday indulgences

This holiday season, Hugo’s, Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui’s European restaurant, is celebrating the joyous occasion with a new celebratory dinner menu, created by chef Josef. On Christmas Eve, guests can indulge in chef Josef’s silent night six-course dinner featuring premium ingredients such as Irish dry-aged Black Angus tenderloin, Spanish Carabineros prawn, and pan-fried European pike perch with chervil root, marinated fennel, orange and saffron.

Amuse bouche

Label Rouge Scottish salmon and Atlantic monkfish with tartare, carpaccio, oscietra caviar, pesto ice cream, herb salad and raspberry

French duck consommé with duck rillettes, tortellini and pumpkin
