his autumn, Hugo’s of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong is launching a brand new three-course dinner set menu for Visa Infinite and Visa Signature credit cardholders. From now until November 30, guests can indulge in European delights created and crafted by executive sous chef Josef Gallenberger, beginning with the choice of French truffled foie gras pate with brioche, pistachio, port wine gelee; or the restaurant’s signature French onion soup with beef broth and cheese crouton. A choice of mains are available between skin-roasted European salmon fillet with green asparagus, cherry tomatoes, ratte potato and Hollandaise sauce; or grilled US prime sirloin with glazed carrots, creamed mushroom, crispy onions, and potato gratin. 

Guests can finish their dinner with a selection of French cheeses paired with walnuts and grapes, as well as seasonal berry mille-feuille with raspberry sorbet and French vanilla cream. An exclusive two-for-one offer is available at HK$1,088 per person for Visa Infinite or Visa Signature cardholders.
