Hutong’s Red Lantern Evenings Return This Summer

Hutong’s Red Lantern evenings dinner menu returns this summer. The Northern Chinese restaurant’s signature menu includes reinvented regional Chinese dishes such as Sichuan xiaolongbaos; red lantern crispy soft-shell crabs with Sichuan dried chillies; and fried black truffle chicken with Yunnan mushrooms. The dinner menu also include unlimited servings of the establishment’s freshly carved aromatic Peking duck. The Red Lantern evenings menu is priced at HK$620 per person, available from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm from Sundays to Thursdays (excluding Mondays). For an additional HK$250 guests can enjoy an unlimited refill of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin champagne, or Ruinart Blanc de Blancs for HK$350 per person, inclusive of the champagne, sake, wine, and selected spirits and beer. For a booze-free option, guests can opt for unlimited mocktails and soft drinks with their Red Lantern evening for HK$100 per person.
