Master sommelier Yohann Jousselin curates a series of rare vintages for exclusive wine dinner

This month, Restaurant Petrus of the Island Shangri-La is launching a one-night exclusive iconic wine dinner, where resident master sommelier Yohann Jousselin presents a fine selection of rare vintages ending in 5, including Château Haut-Brion 1945; Château Lafite Rothschild 1955 and Château Latour 1955. Guests can indulge in an exclusive six-course dinner menu, featuring courses designed and crafted by chef Ricardo Chaneton. Highlights include Miyazaki A4 wagyu carpaccio with blueberry condiment and daikon, foie gras stuffed morels with fava beans and jus gras, and thin tarte of comte and black truffle. The exclusive wine dinner is limited to a total of 10 seats, priced at HK$18,888 per person inclusive of wine pairing including all of the featured rare vintages.
