Alternatively the popular restaurant at Pacific Place also offers the same promotion during weekend brunch, from 11:00am to 2:30pm. Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut, whose blend of vintages and six years aging yield a crystal clear and crisp champagne, bears the sweet aromas of citrus and honeysuckle together with a strong mineral aftertaste that pairs well with fresh oysters.

The oyster and Laurent-Perrier champagne promotion is priced at HK$480 and is available from April 1 to 30.
