Twins Kitchen’s Central café and bar will feature seasonal dishes and natural wine selection from August 9 to 11

With its growing popularity in Hong Kong, natural wines are being featured more prominently in restaurants, from Belon to La Cabane. Adding to the wave are our local champion winners Twins Kitchen, helmed by brothers Josh and Caleb Ng, who are presenting a rare pop-up featuring Tokyo’s Bunon Natural Wine Bar at their Interval Coffee Bar in Central.

From August 9 to 11, Tokyo’s popular natural wine destination will stage a three-day pop-up event, where a selection of natural wines from Japan, Europe, and Australia will be featured on the menu. Guests can indulge in these unique varietals with seasonal dishes prepared using ingredients sourced daily from the local market and Bunon’s own farm in Japan. The pop-up runs during dinner service on August 9 and 10 from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm, and all day on August 11 from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Guests will be able to sample the wine bar’s selection curated by Shigeru Nakaminato, Bunon’s owner, who will be present at Interval throughout the duration of the pop-up.
