Island Shangri-La’s Lobster Bar & Grill Launches Brand New A La Carte Menu

This summer, Lobster Bar & Grill at the Island Shangri-La is launching a brand new a la carte menu designed by executive sous chef Cary Docherty and the restaurant’s head chef Kenny Chan. Together the duo have crafted a wide selection dishes featuring premium meat cuts and revamped lobster classics. Highlights of the new a la carte menu include lobster thermidor; beef Wellington; and roasted rib of beef. The new a la carte menu is available now.
