This Christmas Eve, chef Cano of Gradini is crafting an exquisite five-course dinner menu to celebrate the beloved winter holiday, featuring dishes such as house made foie gras terrine with diamond jelly, followed by seasonal guinea fowl consommé. The Italian restaurant will serve its signature housemade tortellini with porcini mushroom, cheese, and black truffle sauce, followed by a tangy lime sorbet as a palate cleanser. Guests can choose between the Christmas special grilled striploin of either Australian wagyu or American bison as a festive main. The celebration dinner completes with a creative Gradini Christmas Ball featuring velvety white chocolate mousse and macarons in the unique dessert. The Christmas eve three-course set dinner is available on December 24 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, priced at HK$788 per person. An alternative five-course option is served at the second seating from 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm, available at HK$1,188 per person.
