The esteemed Italian restaurant showcases Alba white truffles in delicacies created by chef Riccardo Catarsi

Harvested from the hilly landscapes of Alba, Piedmont, prestigious white truffles are at their prime in autumn. Celebrated for their ethereal aroma and versatile pairing with Italian delicacies, chef Riccardo Catarsi of Nicholini’s is celebrating the unearthing of the fabulous tuber with a new range of seasonal delicacies such as lobster with Mediterranean radish, celery root, and white truffle, vitello with Brussels sprouts, mixed wild mushrooms, Tuscan pork cheek and white truffle, tortelli with oxtail, porcini mushrooms with red wine sauce and white truffle, monkfish with Parma ham, chard, pumpkin and white truffles, as well as wagyu beef carpaccio with pan-seared foie gras with chanterelle mushrooms. The exclusive collection of new dishes are available a la carte or as a tasting menu format, priced at HK$1,588 per person.
