The second edition of the annual art event headlines with the new Neo-Parisian bistro at the Central Harbourfront

The art-filled month of March marks the return of the 2nd edition of Art Central, running from March 23 to 26 at the Central Harbourfront. This year, the art event is headlining its dining offerings with a pop-up restaurant from Black Sheep Restaurants’ Belon, the upcoming neo-Parisian bistro by James Henry.

The interior of the four-day pop up bistro is designed by Fair Architect Stiff & Trevillion, who is also responsible for the main design of the 10,000 square metre event tent. Chef James Henry and his team will present dishes from the new restaurant, with particular focus on local produce and seafood, complete with a rich selection of natural wines.

The Belon pop up will run from March 23 to 26 at the Art Central event at the Central Harbourfront. Aside from the bistro, the event will also present eight other local dining establishments with the likes of Brickhouse, Tri, and Beef & Liberty, among others, with an array of street food on offer.
