The number one wagyu beef from Japan arrives Hong Kong

This autumn, Lee Gardens’ Ta-Ke is launching the all-new 4% Miracle Satsuma beef at the esteemed Japanese restaurant in Causeway Bay. Rated the number one wagyu beef from Kagoshima Kyushu, the popular beef will be featured in teppanyaki. With only 12 wagyu breeders in Kyushu achieved grade A4 or above and regarded as satsuma beef, the finest four percent is regarded as 4% Miracle, with only three to four wagyu imported to Hong Kong per month. The prized beef will be showcased in the restaurant’s seasonal teppanyaki set dinner menu, priced at HK$1,880 per person.
