For a limited time, guests can sample the celebrated hand-carved ham at the Island Shangri-La

Founded in 1868 with more than a century of experience in curing Iberico ham, Spanish brand Joselito preserves the tradition of creating top-quality jamon. From March 1 to April 30, guests at Lobster Bar & Grill can sample the premium ham, aged up to 60 months, during dinner service on selected nights. The ham will be carved to order by Joselito’s own master carver, as the team will also prepare a range of delicacies with the prized cured meat. Highlights from the Joselito ham menu include 60-month Joselito ham with Philibon melon, Gran Reserva 48-month aged ham with asparagus, poached organic egg, potato mousseline, and Hollandaise sauce, as well as Gran Reserva ham with carabineros red prawn paella.
