The new hotel at the Hung Hom Harbourfront is home to outdoor landscapes and versatile dining options

Launched in 2011 in Shanghai, Kerry Hotels is premiering its Hong Kong property this spring. The new Kerry Hotel is set to house a rich diversity of dining options within its premise, tentatively opening on April 28.

Set to officially open later this month, the new 16-storey hotel is set with both business and meeting services as well as distinctive facilities promoting healthy living and a variety of dining options. Holding 546 rooms and a sweeping view of the Victoria harbour, the interiors are conceived by renowned designer Andre Fu. Guests can expect fluid designs with extensive outdoor landscaped gardens weaving through the hotel space.

Kerry Hotel offers a wide range of dining options for guests and visitors, including the Lobby Lounge where guests can enjoy local nostalgic dishes and Asian-inspired cocktails; Big Bay Café, an all-day dining establishment serving everything from International cuisines to light refreshments such as freshly made pastries and sandwiches; Hung Tong, a contemporary Chinese restaurant; Dockyard, a casual dining spot, and Red Sugar, the hotel’s bar with a wraparound terrace where guests can indulge in cocktails and nightly live music performances.

Kerry Hotel is also home to the city’s largest pillar-less grand ballroom that accommodates over 1,000 guests, as well as 17 event spaces throughout the hotel premise.
