Causeway Bay’s Japanese fine dining establishment welcomes summer with creative takes on fresh and dried figs

Celebrated for its unique sweetness and health benefits, figs are at their optimum ripeness in the summer. Beloved Japanese sushi restaurant Kishoku is launching a creative collection of dishes created by its experienced kitchen team using seasonal Japanese figs in their fresh and dried forms, as the esteemed establishment also launches all new summer omakase menus. 

The new collection of fig dishes is created just in time to accentuate the honey sweetness of the Japanese fig. Guests can indulge in creations such as:

-  Japanese summer salad
-  Fig and courgette blossom tempura,
-  Fig and crab monaka
- Fig yokan

During the fig celebration season, Kishoku is also launching a new collection of four omakase menus, ranging from an introductory menu at HK$950 to the establishment’s signature omakase at HK$1,850 per guest.
