The Japanese restaurant at Hotel Okura Macau presents the season’s best harvests in a seasonal dinner menu

This summer, Yamazato of Hotel Okura Macau is presenting a unique Kishu kaiseki dinner menu featuring ‘Kyoto-style Hassun’. The selection features harvests from both the mountain and the sea, presented in highlights such as sushi of barracuda, simmered sweet fish, sweet potato, grilled taro with miso and simmered tomatoes.

From now until October 11, guests can sample the vibrant range of delicacies included in the Kishu kaiseki dinner set, notably including grilled aubergine, tofu skin and sea urchin with sesame, clear soup with conger pike and matsutake mushrooms, sashimi of three seasonal fish, grilled croaker with yuzu pepper, thinly-sliced octopus with grated cucumber sauce, Kagoshima beef and wild rice stem with radish sauce, sushi of simmered sea eel, as well as a dessert of seasonal fruits and warabi mocha with matcha.

The seasonal dinner set menu is available from now until October 11, and is priced at MOP 1,580 per person.
