W Hong Kong’s all day dining establishment brings colours and exciting flavours to brighten the season

The celebratory season of indulgence is near. From now until December 30, Kitchen at W Hong Kong is bringing a unique concept to its buffet offerings. With a theme to ‘Fuel Your Winter’, the restaurant is introducing a rich selection of nourishing winter warmers to the buffet, including comforting tomato and coconut lime soup, mushroom and peanut satay soup with spicy lemon and thyme gluten-free bread. Guests can indulge in Southeast Asian-inspired main courses in the likes of seafood laksa with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, baby yellow squash, asparagus and sugar snaps, salmon with courgette tempura, togarashi and baby beets, as well as roasted miso gochujang chicken with boy choy and mushrooms, a twist to the classic roasted chicken.
