This winter, La Bombance is presenting a new seasonal kaiseki menu. From November 15, guests can indulge in an extravagant 10-course set menu paired with six exclusive sakes from Born from Fukui. The collection of sakes to be paired with the winter menu showcases the acclaimed Yume Wa Masayume (Dreams Come True), priced at HK$698. Guests can also opt for a taste of its top-class ‘Chougin (The Ultimate Brew)’ for an additional HK$200.  
 
The exclusive winter kaiseki menu is priced at HK$1,280 per person, available from now until December 21, 2017.
