The Japanese restaurant at V Point introduces a brand new autumn menu with Raifuku sake pairing

Contemporary Japanese restaurant La Bombance renews its autumn menu this season with a rare pairing option with Raifuku, a sake house from Ibaraki Prefecture with over 300 years of history. Made from nearly 20 types of sake rice in a fermentation process using 10 varieties of floral yeast, Raifuku’s sakes are celebrated for its roundness and robust floral tone.

The new autumn kaiseki menu is designed to match with the range of sake, featuring seasonal ingredients such as matsutake mushrooms, monkfish liver, sea perch, wagyu beef and French duck. The exclusive nine-course kaiseki menu is priced at HK$1,280 per person with an additional sake-pairing option at HK$628 per person for seven varieties of sakes, including notable labels such as the  Raifuku Junmai Daigingo Ultra 8 and the Raifuku X-Black, the latter exclusively available at La Bombance.
