Chef Ishiba Masaki creatively infuses vibrancy and diversity into his lively and colourful cuisine

This autumnm, La Bombance welcomes Ishiba Masaki, the establishment's new chef de cuisine. With over 15 years of culinary experience from Tokyo's esteemed kaiseki restaurants, Masaki adds innovative combination of colours, flavours and textures to the unique form of Japanese cuisine. The new chef is set to launch a seasonal, nine-course mid-summer theme kaiseki now, as well as a one-night exclusive nine-course fireworks extravaganza menu on National Day.  The mid-summer kaiseki menu is priced at HK$1,280  per person and the National Day menu is set at HK$1,980 per person.
