This Valentine’s Day, celebrate the special day of romance at Nicholini’s, Conrad Hong Kong’s Italian establishment. The restaurant’s chef Riccardo Catarsi is presenting a five- and six-course tasting dinner menus priced at HK$2,988 and HK$3,188 per couple respectively. On February 14, guests can indulge in Catarsi’s Hokkaido scallop tartare with Amalfi lemon; homemade cold capellini pasta with truffle and oscietra caviar, both are the chef’s new creations. A Conrad Hong Kong chocolate gift box is given to couples ordering the exclusive Valentine’s menu. Reservations are strongly recommended.
