InterContinental Hong Kong’s seafood restaurant is launching an exclusive champagne-pairing menu with the establishment’s signature dishes

This October, celebrated champagne house Laurent-Perrier is paying homage to French seafood, where the freshest catches are accented with expert preparation by the experienced kitchen team at InterContinental’s Rech by Alain Ducasse.

From now until end of October, guests visiting the esteemed French seafood restaurant’s first international outpost can indulge in an array of seasonal seafood dishes, presented in a unique five-course signature menu with a Laurent-Perrier champagne pairing. Notable courses include spiced crayfish broth to start, followed by small spelt from Haute-Provence with girolles, lemon and parsley, Rech’s blue lobster coconut curry as main course, the restaurant’s famous camembert cheese and, for dessert, the Mr. Rech hazelnut ice cream with chocolate sauce.

The five-course signature menu is priced at HK$1,188 per person, with an additional wine pairing option priced at HK$388, including one glass of Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut to pair with the cheese course.
