The French restaurant showcases a wine pairing menu specially created by Edward Voon for a one-night-exclusive event

Celebrating the uniqueness of wines from Napa Valley winery Sloan Estate, Le Pan is launching a one-night-exclusive wine dinner menu on October 12, where guests can sample the creative cuisine of executive chef Edward Voon, complete with wine pairing for every course served throughout the evening.

Voon is set to create a six-course contemporary French menu, showcasing his unique take on the classic cuisine, including highlights such as Kamchatka crab and Japanese tilefish, as well as blue lobster served on a bed of roasted onion and fragrant quinoa, among other creative courses, complete with wine pairing for every dish, including Sloan Proprietary Red, the estate’s flagship wine.
