Lobster Bar and Grill Launches New Orleans-Style Lobster Boil

Traditionally shared among friends and family around the table, seafood boil is a Creole staple and part of New Orleans’ food heritage. From January 5, 2020, Lobster Bar and Grill at the Island Shangri-la launches a new lobster boil as part of the restaurant’s Sunday brunch experience, guests can glove up and share an unlimited supply of whole Boston lobster, short neck clams, blue mussels, razor clams, prawns, sweet corn and French beans, served straight from the pot at the table. The seafood is served with a spiced butter sauce, complete with homemade hot sauce. The brand new brunch experience is complete with free-flow of Veuve Clicquot champagne, beers from Young Master brewery, as well as table-side cocktail trolley for personalised Bloody Marys and New Orleans live jazz entertainment. The lobster boil brunch experience is priced at HK$898 per person. Reservations are recommended.
