The British import is set to revitalise healthy eating with everything avocado

This September, an array of food and beverage concepts are opening at K11 Musea in Tsim Sha Tsui. Among the new eateries is Avobar from London. Celebrated for its Californian vibe and an all-day, avocado-laden menu, the Hong Kong outpost is set to open its doors to superfood lovers mid-September 2019.

Set to present a more energetic vibe to healthy eating, Avobar highlights the avocado fruit in the establishment’s menu offerings, from all-day dining and brunch favourites to sharing dishes and cocktails during dinner service. Guests can indulge in bestselling items from the popular London eatery, namely the vegan Avo bun burger (served with sweet potato and red lentil patty, coconut herb dressing and a vegan slaw), the ultimate avo toast (a deconstructed dish with sourdough toast, sliced avocado, guacamole, avocado-lime jam and poached egg), as well as matcha pancakes served with homemade avocado butter and a choice of sweet or savoury toppings.

The 60-seat restaurant is set to open tentatively on September 16, 2019.
