Embrace the new summer-inspired array of French cuisine at the garden-themed French establishment

This summer, Maison Es is launching a new lunch menu. Inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients harvested during the hottest months of the year, the French restaurant’s new offerings include hickory-scented tiger prawns served with oscietra caviar, avocado and watermelon gazpacho and tomato with izuno, quinoa and wasabi honey soy dressing. New Asian-inspired main courses such as pan-fried A3 wagyu sirloin with burdock puree and black garlic jus, are available, together with sunny-side-up organic egg with sautéed maitake mushrooms, Jerusalem artichoke and morel sauce as a vegetarian alternative.

The new Maison Es lunch menu is available now with prices ranging from HK$195 (two-course), HK$265 (three-course) to HK$320 (four-course), with an option to enjoy a glass of house white or red wine at HK$80 per glass.
