The garden-themed French restaurant is showcasing the best seasonal produce with a fresh take on French cuisine

Summer is in full swing, and seasonal produce has officially reached its peak ripeness. French restaurant Maison Es is celebrating the arrival of summer with the launch of a new a la carte menu, showcasing chef Esther Sham’s version of a fresh French summer — meshed with a few Asian-inspired surprises of her own.

The garden-themed restaurant recently renovated its lounge area, now equipped with cozy sofas with coffee tables for guests to unwind during afternoon tea service. Pre-dinner cocktail sessions are also available this season: guests can help themselves to finger food and creative cocktails, making for a lovely spot for summer social gatherings.

Look out for recommended signatures such as:

- Foie gras terrine topped with kumquat gelee served with pickled dragon fruit
- Texture of asparagus with organic egg yolk served with wild mushrooms, fava beans and black truffle
- Roasted pork shoulder with red wine apple pie served with apple vanilla coulis
- Croutons-coated Hokkaido scallops served with prawns, soy bean puree and citrusy fruit segments
- Saffron and curry spaghetti in Catalan style

The new a la carte menu selections are available now throughout summer.
