The exclusive programme offers members unique dining experiences as well as access to wine pairing menus and champagne tastings

Food and champagne pairing remains one of life’s pleasures. In recognition of this, Maison Mumm has partnered with two of Hong Kong’s finest European restaurants to create unique champagne pairing menus offered to members of their exclusive RSRV Club. Launched for the very first time in Hong Kong, the membership programme includes lifestyle perks ranging from Maison Mumm champagne workshops and tastings to exclusive experiences and promotions.

To celebrate the RSRV Club launch in Hong Kong, the Maison has partnered with Arcane and Le Pan to create a truly exceptional gastronomic experience by melding fine dining with RSRV Grand Cru champagne.

At Arcane, chef Shane Osborn and Michael Smith present a menu of his greatest hits, including Japanese fruit tomato with white gazpacho, grape, almond and sourdough crouton paired with Maison Mumm RSRV Blanc de Blancs 2012; white asparagus with broad beans, artichoke, walnut and sherry dressing matched with Maison Mumm RSRV Cuvée 4.5; and yuzu and lemon posset with white chocolate tile, mandarin and yoghurt ice cream. The menu is priced at HK$2,280 per person inclusive of the champagne pairing.

Over at Le Pan, head chef Edward Voon have worked on a menu showcasing premium ingredients. The six-course feast starts with a dish of hamachi, oyster and green chilli gazpacho with Petrossian ‘Daurenki’ caviar matched with Maison Mumm RSRV Blanc De Blancs 2012, and features their take on a dumpling with the botan ebi ‘sui kow’ with fermented black bean beurre blanc, paired with Maison Mumm RSRV Blanc De Noirs 2009. The menu is priced at HK$2,380per person inclusive of the champagne pairing.
