The iconic personality from the revered champagne house is headlining a one-day exclusive brunch experience

Oyster & Wine Bar at Sheraton Hong Kong is hosting a one-day exclusive champagne brunch session with a special guest: Herve Deschamps, of maison Perrier-Jouet this March. On March 25, the champagne brand’s seventh and current cellar master will share his passion for the wine, as well as tips on producing the iconic bubbly.

As the youngest cellar master awarded the Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres in 2016, Deschamps will be present at the champagne brunch at Oyster & Wine Bar, where guests can enjoy the establishment’s signature seafood brunch with a free-flowing option of Perrier-Jouet, blanc de blanc champagne, as well as Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut and Perrier-Jouet Blason Rose.

The Oyster & Wine Bar Sunday champagne brunch with Herve Deschamps is available from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The brunch is set to feature free flow of red and white wines, as well as a selected array of Perrier-Jouet champagnes, priced between HK$998 to HK$1,498 per person.
