The celebration of beef commences this summer at Cityplaza’s popular Japanese restaurant

This season, Cityplaza’s Hokkaidon is home to a celebration of beef at the restaurant’s Majimori beef festival, featuring selected cuts of premium aged Angus beef from Australia and A5 wagyu from Japan. Guests can indulge in a number of beef delicacies including four varieties of donburi rice bowls and noodles, including seared A5 wagyu beef and eel don; seared A5 wagyu beef and tuna belly don; Angus beef fillet with spring onion don; and Angus beef fillet with spring onion mini mazesoba with  ‘yukhoe’ diced sashimi mini-don. The Majimori beef festival treats are served with miso soup, and are available during dinner on weeknights and all day weekends from now until September 30, 2020
