Mandarin Grill + Bar Focus
The esteemed restaurant launches a selection of modern grill classics
Located on the first floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, Mandarin Grill + Bar has recently launched a brand new menu where guests can choose from three to five courses amongst a selection of modern grill classics. Crafted by the establishment’s chef de cuisine Simon Guthridge, guests can look forward to seasonally-inspired dishes prepared with premium ingredients. The menu highlights include a variety of fresh oysters, Dover sole on the bone, beef Wellington, and John Stone tomahawk rib chop. The new selection of dishes is available for both lunch and dinner from now until the end of December 2020. The menus are priced from HK$1,288 per person.
