Mandarin Grill + Bar launches new Saturday lunch menu this autumn. From 3 October to 31 December, 2020, guests will enjoy chef Simon Guthridge’s signature new Saturday menu with the view of Statue Square. Highlights include yellowfin tuna with watermelon tartare; beef Rossini ‘tenderloin’; New Zealand's First Light grass-fed wagyu rib eye; and black forest cake. The three-course lunch menu is priced at HK$698 per person with a beverage package featuring premium champagnes and wines at an additional charge.
