Mandarin Grill + Bar Presents Sunday Roast

This spring, Mandarin Grill + Bar is launching a new Sunday roast menu, where guests can unwind over fine food and champagne beginning with an array of amuse bouche, followed by egg dishes and appetisers. Guests can choose from a range of main courses, from homemade smoked salmon, lobster bisque, to slow-roasted USDA prime rib of beef, or chargrilled Iberico Bellota pork tomahawk and whole Dover sole with two side dishes. The Sunday roast menu also includes over 10 varieties of sweet treats from the classic dessert trolley. The menu is priced at HK$988 per person inclusive of one glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc champagne. For an additional HK$100 per person guests can also enjoy free-flow house wines, while HK$300 can be added for unlimited refill of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc champagne.
