Mandarin Grill + Bar celebrates the weekend with its exquisite Sunday roast menu. Guests begin with a host of delectable snacks, followed by egg dishes appetisers, and a selection of the restaurant’s signature roast dishes complemented by two side dishes. Highlights of the Sunday Roast menu include slow-roasted USDA prime rib of beef; poached and roasted Mangalica pork with clementines and citrus jus; whole roasted Ping-Yuen chicken; and MSC-certified whole Dover sole. The Sunday roast experience is complete with selections of sweets from the restaurant’s signature classic dessert trolley selection. The exclusive menu is available on Sundays from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm, and is priced at HK$748 per person. Guests can opt for a two-hour free-flow champagne package at an additional HK$438 per person for R de Ruinart champagne or HK$548 per person for Ruinart Blanc de Blancs.
