Bostonian Seafood & Grill at The Langham, Hong Kong is launching special meat-themed mid-week dinners.  The steakhouse is showcasing its meaty offerings on Wednesdays and Thursdays over dinner with new signatures such as roasted bone marrow with herb salad, red onion confit and smoked sea salt and beef steak tartare with poached quail egg, salmon roe with horseradish cream as starters. The dinners also introduce star dishes featuring dry-aged beef, from 90-day dry-aged 36 oz porterhouse from Galicia to 28-day dry-aged 32 oz Irish tomahawk steak, served alongside an unlimited refill of twice-baked potatoes and house salad. Wine-loving guests can enjoy an additional glass of sommelier’s recommended red or white wine at an additional HK$88 per glass or HK$288 per bottle. The exclusive mid-week dinner menu is priced at HK$1,388 per set.
