Megan’s Kitchen Launches Immunity Boosting Delicacies

This spring, Wan Chai’s Megan’s Kitchen is presenting a series of nutritious, MSG-free Chinese soups to nourish the body. Notable varieties include burdock, turnip and pork soup,; and duck kidney, pork, and watercress soup. Both soups feature seasonal ingredients such as burdock root and watercress, best for soothing the lungs and boosting immunity. The hot pot restaurant also adds a handful of new curry dishes on its menu. Highlights include curry beef brisket and tendons in clay pot ; and curry prawns with mangoes in clay pot.
