Megan’s Kitchen Launches New Claypot Rice

With new hot pot creations launched earlier this summer, Megan’s Kitchen is presenting a brand new array of winter delights. The popular Cantonese and hot pot restaurant in Wan Chai is home to an array of clay pot rice, prepared right with a rich selection of meats and vegetables cooked atop a bed of steamed rice, complete with crunchy crackling at the base. Highlights of the restaurant’s new creations include pork belly and preserved vegetables; minced beef with tangerine peel; chicken, mushrooms, and preserved sausages, among many. Guests can also opt for other creative additions to the rice menu, such as truffled rice with beef or chicken served in a Korean bibimbap style, or pumpkin stuffed with glutinous rice, both requiring advanced reservations which can be made here.
