Wan Chai’s answer to hot pot and Cantonese cuisine offers a new series of meat-free dishes

This spring, Wan Chai’s popular Cantonese and hot pot restaurant Megan’s Kitchen is launching a series of plant-based delicacies, a follow-up on introducing more nutritional dishes after the launch of its vegetarian hot pot options. The Wan Chai dining destination is set to present a meat-free twist on Cantonese classics such as sweet and sour Omnipork with peach (vegetarian pork), as well as scrambled eggs with tomato and minced Beyond Meat (vegetarian beef), braised aubergines pot with minced Omnipork (vegetarian pork), as well as pan-fried Beyond Meat and mashed potatoes (vegetarian beef).
