Mercedes Me Launches A Collection Of New Menus

Following their successful relocation last year, Mercedes Me is launching a collection of new menus. The establishment’s culinary team highlights its interactive dining experiences with premium ingredients from modern European and Asian cuisines playing an exclusive role in the dishes featured in the new menus, from all-day dining to chef’s set dinner, weekday set lunches, and weekend brunch buffets, as well as the restaurant’s brand new a la carte menu. The new a la carte options include starters such as whipped sweet potatoes with fried onions and Sichuan lavash bread and roasted pumpkin with sour cream, Thai coriander and peanut gremolata. Mercedes Me has also revamped its selection of main courses featuring sustainable ocean harvests such as its 41-degree seared sustainable Baltic salmon with edamame, sautéed kale, and crème fraiche, as well as charred Canadian pork loin with satay carrots and citrus. The new menu options are available from now until end of 2019.
