Discover the Cantonese tradition of yum cha at Michelin-starred Man Wah at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong

Yum cha is a time-honoured Cantonese tradition where family and friends gather over dim sum and tea. Michelin-starred Man Wah celebrates this tradition by offering a curated menu of classic dim sum and à la carte dishes where guests can relish in an array of all-time favourites including har gau with tiger prawn and bamboo shoot, scallop and beetroot dumpling, barbecued Iberian pork loin with longan honey, and more.

A comprehensive beverage programme will also be on offer to complete the yum cha experience, including a house-brewed slow-drip wild chrysanthemum oolong tea and sparkling tea. To celebrate Mother's Day, Man Wah will be offering an à la carte dim sum menu as well as a five-course lunch feast featuring double-boiled chicken soup with bamboo pith and dried abalone, pan-fried Hokkaido scallop with bean crumb, and tossed noodles with fish maw, priced at HK$688 per person.

Meanwhile, Man Wah will also be offering mums and their loved ones a special six-course dinner menu on 9 May 2021, priced at HK$1,688 per person. Highlights include stewed white fish maw with superior soup, braised chicken and abalone in casserole with sun-dried shrimp and chilli, and braised rice and red bird’s nest.
