As part of the rich Japanese culinary tradition, summer is the ideal season for eels, as the Japanese believe that the nutritious properties of the beloved fish include quenching the heat felt in the body while restoring energy. From now until July 31, guests visiting Robatayaki can indulge in a selection of delicacies prepared with the popular fish, including roasted eel, eel fried rice and eel maki rolls, each boosting bold flavours best enjoyed during the scorching heat of summer.
