The Cordis’ beloved Cantonese restaurant launches an all-new eight-course menu featuring the restaurant’s iconic dishes
Celebrating the vibrant range of Cantonese cuisine, The Cordis’ Ming Court is launching a new eight-course signature menu. The popular Cantonese establishment will present a collection of classics, including steamed spotted garoupa fillet, double-boiled chicken consommé with fish maw, dried scallop, and shiitake mushroom, as well as braised whole South African abalone and sea cucumber. The special menu is paired with a glass of champagne, selected by the restaurant’s resident sommelier. The special menu is priced at HK$1,288 per person and is available from now until September 30, 2017.
