An aromatic afternoon tea in collaboration with perfumer Diptyque

Like rose, chamomile and jasmine, most floral fragrances make a wonderful match with tea and pastries. Inspired by the latest perfume creation by Diptyque, Café Gray Deluxe at the Upper House in Admiralty is launching an aromatic afternoon tea based on Eau Moheli. This new Diptyque fragrance is centered on an intensively sweet and exotic scent of ylang ylang, with a top note of ginger, pepperwood, pink peppercorn and a base note of Haitian vetiver. Blending these aromatic elements of the fragrance in an afternoon tea set, Café Gray Deluxe has crafted a range of speciality pastries to take diners on a special olfactory journey. Some of the highlights include poached chicken tartlet with ginger peach chutney, mini cinnamon roll with golden raisin, salted caramel and pink pepper flakes.

The afternoon tea set will be available daily between May 6 and June 30, at the price of HK$240 per person or HK$420 for two.
