The Vietnamese Australian chef presents a new concept inspired by Vietnamese street food

Celebrated for his vibrant culinary career, spanning across different platforms from being a successful restaurateur, cookbook author, to television personality, chef Luke Nguyen is no stranger to food lovers. This November, chef Nguyen is heading to Hong Kong as opens Moi Moi, a casual Vietnamese restaurant in Central.

Tentatively opening in November, Luke Nguyen’s latest project with ZS Hospitality Group in Hong Kong takes after his fondness in a fresh, modern take on Vietnamese cooking. Preserving traditions of the country’s fine culinary heritage, Nguyen’s famous for giving these traditional dishes a creative take with a different presentation. His new restaurant, Moi Moi, will showcase dishes inspired by Vietnam’s street food, served under a contemporary ambiance. Guests can anticipate for notable dishes such as:

- Green tea smoked duck rice paper rolls
- Pho with raw wagyu beef
- Caramelized Kurobuta pork belly
- Citrus wild salmon

Moi Moi by Luke Nguyen is set to open this November.
