This year, Mango Tree Café in Taikoo is presenting a selection of Thai delectables during Mother’s Day. Guests can share a range of the country’s signature nibbles such as lemongrass calamari rings, tom yum chicken wings, satay of chicken or beef, and grilled pork and prawn rice paper rolls. The tropical celebration extends through the selection of main courses including coconut cream linguine with scallops and crabmeat, yellow curry seafood rice served with garlic bread, barbecued baby pork ribs, and lychee and roasted duck pizza, best enjoyed alongside a sweet ending with the likes of double-boiled bird’s nest and egg white in coconut.
