This Father’s Day, Tycoon Tann is presenting an 8-course Moutai menu, featuring creative Chinese-inspired cocktails and a few surprises along the way. From now until June 30, families with a minimum of four guests can begin the celebration of fathers with Gwei Chow Moutai added to a celebratory cocktail and added to dishes created by resident chef Ho Sai-Lung. The menu notably includes Tycoon Tann’s bestselling baked chicken with Moutai in casserole, a classic with a Western twist. Guests can enjoy the special menu with Imperial Robes, a specially designed cocktail made with Moutai, tequila, lychee liqueur, pineapple juice, orange bitters and syrup. Guests ordering a bottle of Gwei Chow Moutai 53% with the father’s day menu and enjoy an additional complimentary bottle as celebratory indulgence. The Father’s Day Moutai menu is priced at HK$888 per person.
