Enjoy a chilling weekend of creative dim sum with bubbles this season

One should always cool down on summer weekends, and there is no better way to do so while enjoying good food over brunch. Contemporary Cantonese restaurant Tycoon Tann is launching a new weekend dim sum brunch with a free-flow option of Perrier-Jouët champagne, available every weekend and public holidays.

Inspired by traditional Cantonese yumcha, or dimsum with tea, Tycoon Tann is upping the ante with an impressive array of tasting morsels including shrimp dumplings with pork and bamboo shoots, pandan cream custard buns, bamboo pith and yellow fungus vegetarian dumplings and steamed tofu dumplings with minced pork and chilies. Guests can also enjoy the restaurant’s signature Tycoon Tann Peking Duck, as well as sweet and sour Iberico pork fillets, matched with sweet endings in the likes of steamed Xinjiang red dates cake and purple sweet potato dumplings in Okinawa brown sugar and ginger soup.

The new weekend champagne brunch is served every weekend and public holidays from 12 noon to 2pm. Guests can enjoy a free-flow option of juices, soft drinks and Chinese tea at HK$488 per person, or at HK$648 for an unlimited supply of Perrier-Jouët champagne, the restaurant’s signature cocktails, red and white wines.
